Incompetence of agents at DSTV

I have never experienced such bad service in my life. I have phoned DSTV today and I spoke to 5 agents in a matter of an hour with no solution with my query that I had. Instead I was disconnected and I can not watch TV. Every time I speak to an agent I get cut off. When I phone again I must repeat the same story. Instead of resolving my query I am told by *********** agency to pay more money. I'm shocked and disgusted with their service. I wish someone at DSTV could call me and resolve this problem
