Incompetence

Cancelled my account on the 27 of September. Was told its too late to cancel the debit order, but I will be refunded within 5 working days. Off course, on the 1st immediately the service was suspended, debit order deducted. It is the 15th of October and still no refund of my debit order took by multichoice. Everyday a promise for the next day. What a pathetic company.
