Incompetence
So in beginning Sept I was upgraded to Compact Plus as a reward, and was advised should I not wish to continue with the upgrade to Compact Plus, I must call back before my debit order date, which I have. Eversince, I don't have pvr features. Ive called numerous times and was out on hold until my airtime ran out on all occasions. Everytime I was told my query or request would be escalated. Im still waiting. Ive had it with Dstv.

03 Oct 2024, 18:35So after recent interactions with a gentleman by the name of Benedict, who promised to call me back, I still had the same problem. Again I called the call centre, thank God for Zimue Lloyd, seems to be the only person at Dstv who actually understood my agony. Finally, my problem is sorted. Thank you ma'am, if only you could clone yourself in order to be more of you. I'm beyond satisfied and relieved. Thank ma'am. 5 stars to you 🌷
