Incompetence and The worst service Ever

I have been with Dstv for a long time now and have never had such atrocious service like now. I made a payment arrangement with the Dstv price lock to pay R200 more for about 4 months if I'm not mistaken. Then after many issues with my debits either going off from the incorrect account or incorrect debit date. I then carried on making my manual payments. I was told to call each time and ask for funds to be transferred into my Box office account as the arrangement does not allow this. The first time my services were disconnected I was told my arrangement was not properly loaded or something to that regard. I then went into the Centurion branch and told to pay R550 per month as per arrangement which I then continued monthly. I always call and check if payment received, confirm that my arrangement is in order and told all in order and I should pay R550 per month. This past week my services were disconnected, I called in and told the payment date was the 25th and not the 7th as requested and something about a pro rata needed when I disputed the advisor apologized and reassured that she can see an arrangement made to pay R550 on the 7th of every month and that I pay regularly even before the 7th. Now today I call again about 7 times. Wow the last straw was when after being told by 6 advisors that all is fine on their side, one Advisor says I have not paying as arranged !!! How can this be now, I have never been told this and because of the *********** and error from everyone I have dealt with my account has an outstanding payment due and there's nothing she can do. I then after not understanding why I should suffer because of staff and Dstv system incompetence, then I tell her to start collecting that amount of R750 from the next debit date and told I cannot be assisted. I asked to speak to a manager and told she's busy on a call and would call me back and Nothing!!!!!!! utterly disappointed by Your incompetence!!!!
