Incompetence and *****
Worst service ever . Rude , *****, ***********, unprofessional and lying consultants. They don't know the rules of being an fsp and why calls are recorded. They are good at using the word " I understand your frustration " and treating clients like idiots

I hope that this will be sorted out before the 28th because it's going to be an issue to be debited 1500 and now I just saw that an unauthorized debit went off on my account on the 25th now my bank statement is looking like I don't pay my account. Who authorized that or gave you guys the right to do that cause my date says 28th
