Incompetence and erroneous credit information

I noted on my credit report that MultiChoice account balance is at R699 - I have confirmation from the call center agent that the account balance is R0<br> <br> My credit score is negatively impacted by their inability to record information properly<br> <br> Furthermore, I received a survey asking to rate their service, however, they haven't communicated to me whether or not they have updated the account information.<br> <br> Ridiculous service, expected more from them - a call to say they have corrected their mistake would have gone a long way...<br> <br> Now a damages claim may be lodged against them as they have caused an ascertainable amount of damages due to their accounts error and lack of updating consumer information.<br> <br> When I terminated the dstv services, I was refunded a pro-rated portion of payments that were already made....<br> <br> DSTV/Multichoice, Absolutely pathetic.<br> <br> Phone me, resolve the issue immediately.<br> <br> I reserve the right to claim damages.
