Incompetence

On 13 January 2017 my service was suspended by Multichoice citing that I had not paid my subscription in December 2016. I spoke to Phindile. I told her that I could see on the online self service that the December 2016 payment was not rflecting when I had paid and she told me to send my proof of payment to ********** which I did.

20 January 2016 my service was deactivated yet again. I called and spoke to Sonwabo Gudla whom I repeated my issue and sent the proof of payment to his email address directly. He acknowledged receipt and said he would correct it and have it allocated.

24 January 2017 I had again the same issue where they deactivated my service. I called again and spoke to Sydney to whom I sent the proof of payment again. He told me it was not his fault, I asked who's fault is it if it is not Multichoice's fault and i called Multichoice not him personally to ask him how he is. He acknowledged receipt of the proof of payment and said he would instruct Finance to allocate the paymet.

Get your act together please and I will not make another payment when the December payment has not been allocated!!!!
