Despite my numerous attempt with *********** consultants/call center agent to cancel Disney plus package that i never took or even use for that matter.I have even sent e-mail to complains department but i have received any feed back...

Hi Tried speaking to your consultant who put me on hold for 45min without any assistance on the billing of Disney plus up until I hung the call, which I didn't take or even use but it is billing on my account

Please cancel the Disney plus package on my account please

otherwise I'm going to cancel/discontinue my account with multichoice

Hope this matter will be resolved
