Incompetence

After cancelling DSTV, the next month I decide to go onto a lower package - compact. So I phone in on the 7th of Nov and request to activate Compact (No DSTV up to now as it's been cancelled). Next thing I know I have full DSTV?? I phone in, the operator says thats how it works, you can't downgrade?? How is it a downgrade if I'm going from no DSTV to Compact, and why wasn't I told of this absurd rule? Then I'm told they can't change it, after asking to speak to a manager suddenly now they are able to 'downgrade' me. But I am still debited for full dstv!

I've connected it due to holidays etc, but you sure haven't inspired me to keep it any longer than that.

Poor service DSTV!
