Incompetence

I was an employee for multichoice for the past 5 years. I recently got a new job and upon resignation, my HR advise I will get paid 31st which is the last day of the month as it should. On pay for some reason, I got paid. Immediately I advised the HR and my worry was thtlat the remainder of my monies might be hled up as I was not supposed to get paid with everyone else. Come 31st of October no money was paid to me. I went back to work bhsy with HR and she is emailing calling peiple who were not even answering their phones. Eventually past 3 in the afternoon she told me she got hold of a manager and has promised that the money will be paid on the 2nd of November. I messaged the HR lady Thursday afternoon after 5 to check if all is was n order.. She sent me a message that money will be processed manually on Friday which should reflect on Saturday. Today is the 5th of November am being sent to pillar to post. Talk about incompetence, i was able to speak to someone in payrol who just told me that no communication was sent to them to pay me like I was promised, off-boarding documents were only loaded 29th of October. In the meantime i am being inconvenienced. I need them to pay me today, am not waiting another day.
