Incompetence
Please revert back to the past 2 complains I had that are apparently dealt with but I'm here again for the 3rd time. PLEASE STOP DISCOUTINUING MY SERVICES. Guys iv never missed a payment n honestly I don't believe I'm going through this again this month after over 8 calls last month that wasted me 200 airtime. Haay noo this is now frustrating

I tried to get hold of you today but could not reach you.
Previously, it was communicated the account is manually adjusted and the service was reconnected. This is after we received your proof of payment for R365.00 dated 27 September 2017.
Currently, the service was disconnected as there's no payment reflecting for this period -November 2017. According to our records, the payment date for your DStv account is on the 28th of every month. There's no payment reflecting for November 2017. Please send the proof of payment to *** to keep the service active till 27 November 2017.
