Incompetence
I am again after a mere week having to do this after I received assurity that all is well on my account and even got a mail that my account has been activated as it should be. Now I get n SMS telling me its suspended and I must pay some extra amount to get it activated. I really don't understand why you recommended the EFT service if your admin on it is horrible and you cannot trace payments to account holders. Please can someone rectify this again
