Incompetence
So I logged a complaint with multichoice last month and I got a call from a guy by the name of Andile who claimed was investigating my case and will reconnect my their my viewing until the matter was sorted and he did and after 2day it was disconnected again and I haven't heard from this Guy since. Your service stinks you're just a bunch of *********** staff thought complaints department would come with a resolution but hey I'm not surprised.
