incompetence
Early this year I called multi choice upgrading my contract and changing my contact details. I also changed the debit order date to the last day of the month. A week ago the TV stopped working while I was watching it and obviously called multichoice and the gentleman I spoke to said it was just an outstanding R90 for movies hired and I told him that I need everything to deduct at the end of the month of which he said he would rectify also and he reopened the services. Three days later in the early hours of the morning my dstv went off. I called multichoice this time they said the debit order was returned, of which I checked and found out to be true that instead of the last day of the month multichoice deducts on the 30th and everytime the month ends on the 31st there is a problem. Even the gentleman that assisted me the first time last week not only did he fail to pick up what the problem was but when I called for the second time the last day of the month date was not fixed again. We are made to pay for multichoice incompetence, the lady that assisted me yesterday was the third person assisting me with the same thing.<br>
