Incompetence
My Parents have a holiday view. After the last migration they stuffed up the accounts vs devices. Mom went in and agent assured her all was sorted. Yesterday they arrived at the holiday house and once again it was not. Spent hours on the phone and no solution. ... after the agent showed her his system was right earlier this month.
