I have changed my debit order details early July. I also received a confirmation email from Multichoice on the 8th July regarding this change.
Despite all this, the debit order still went off from the old bank account. I did not make provision for this and the debit order was returned with a cost of R115 to me. I then had to pay the amount in cash on the 7th August.
On the 8th August Multichoice disconnected the service. I then went to their office in PE to resolve this and it was switched on.
On the 11th August, Multichoice again disconnects the service. I then contacted them for the second time and the service was again reconnected.
Today, the 18th August, again the service was disconnected and I had to yet contact them for the third time since the 8th August.
This is the worse service I have seen in some time. Obviously Multichoice is trying to operate with a lot of *********** staff. The Manager I spoke to today said that they sometimes have new staff that does not have the capability and experience to do their work properly.
Multichoice can take note that this service will be terminated immediately if there are any more problems. I also demand that my R115 be refunded.
