incompetence

as from last month June i paid cash on my DSTV account again July i went to pep and paid cash to my surprise this morning a debit order went through again for multichoice ,so i decided to call their customer care i got through to Goitsemang Khumalo who checked and saw that the payment was a duplicate as i have already paid on the 27-07-15 so i requested for the amount debited to be reversed to my account as i had left the money for my other important debits to go through she told me to email my proof of payment of which i did and i also requested that she respond on the mail once she received my mail of which she didn't again i called the call centre requesting to speak to Goitsemang Khumalo so she can confirm for me if she received the document and i got through to Eugen who asked me to confirm my ID so he can check to see who i was speaking to who left me on hold for over 5 min to my surprise he just transferred the call which got through to Patience Moagi who also requested me to repeat my self all iver again ,this is absolute nonsense that Multichoice hires agents who this *********** including a supervisor who was not helpful at all Enat whom she referred her self ,
