Incompatant staff

I contacted Multichoice to add Disney Plus to my active DSTV Compact account the Lady from multichoice called me back and said everything is sorted I must just follow the prompts on the messages they have sent me, what they did was to cancel everything even my DSTV compact subscription, and said I must pay R93 before i can be activated, I called the call centre spend between 15 to 20min on the call and she unable to assist me now im sitting without DSTV
