inappropriate use or abuse of e-mail, internet or any other services available as a work tool

MultiChoice/Quest Stuffing agent's are using system to send personal things that are not inappropriate and abusive and I'm a victim of that and I did report but nothing was done as I was bluffed that action is going to be taken against that particular agent. According to what I know agents are not allowed to use inappropriate use or abuse of e-mail, internet or any other services available as a work tool, because such abuse is gross, discriminatory or harassing in nature.
