Inadequate on call assistance

Your on call consultants are useless you always end up worse off then what you started with. I called in today cause about 3 channels kept saying no signal for a week and now the whole thing is not working i can't even go back to those channels that were atleast playing before and this is not the first time. Dstv needs to train their staff better cause all they know is select reset to factory default
