INADEQUATE CLIENT SERVICE

dstv randburg is the worst.someone opened a dstv acc **********ly under my name and i went to them to close the account but since its a contract account they say i owe the R4 000 THAT I NEED TO PAY.I ASKED FOR THE SALE CALL RECORDING AND THEY TOLD ME IL GET IT 2DAY BUT I STILL HAVENT GOTTEN IT.WHEN I CALLE DTHEM THEY SAY THEY DONT GIVE OUT RECORDINGS TO CLIENTS I SHOULD COME TO THEM TO LISTEN TO IT....IM REALLY DISSAPOINTED IN THEM AND THIS ALSO DROPPED MY CREDIT SCORE SINCE ITS IN ARREARS
