Inactive service due to incompetence

Signed up for the first time user for a streaming package. And part of the sign up process is to make a payment, This was 20/05/03 and after countless calls chats mails ect providing what I have, my account is still inactive sue to no payment, A payment they can't locate. Each time we will reconnect your service while trying to locate it, few hours later your account has been suspended due to no payment.
