My PVR decoder stopped working and the call centre could not assist in helping me and told me I had to take it in to a agent.
I do pay for decoder insurance but was told by Multichoice that the inactive decoder that I changed for the PVR is the one that is insured.
My wife on who's name the account is explained that it is obvious that the inactive decoder is no longer in use and thus the PVR decoder is supposed to be the insured one.
The decoder was inactive since 29-09-2012.
So I have been paying insurance on an inactive decoder for 3 years.
Can anyone please just explain how this is possible.
Best regards,
