Inaccurate debit order repeated made monthly
Dear Multichoice,

Its really saddens me that a company of your stature will continuously ignore a customer's complain/query about the debit order amount, its a clear sign of being pompous and complacent all because of the market power you have.

In December 2015 I took up the R899 package and since January 2016 my account has been getting debited more then the contracted upon amount. In January (Debit order reference: M-choice***7) my bank account it was debited for R924.33. In February again I was charged above the R899 as per the payment plan since I was charged R919 ( reference for debit order is : M-choice***8). In March again, I was charged R919 ( Reference for debit order is: M-choice***1).

Why am I paying +R20 more monthly? Why does the amount that goes off my bank account not reflect on your customer statements, my payments are reflected as R899 in all your statements although more than this is debited in my account. This almost smells of ***** whereby you are indicating R899 on your side yet more than that goes off from my bank account. I have called & emailed since 26/01/2016, still not assisted. I feel ****** and trapped...why is this happening???
