Improper Advertising?

Good Day,<br> <br> I recently allowed DSTV Multichoice to contact me regarding their R899 Explora deal.<br> <br> I was contacted on the 31/12/2015 at 09:06am regarding the special they offered which was the R899 per month deal all inclusive (delivery, installation, the Explora and with a no price increase policy for the next two years). After all questions and details was sorted out, I was told that I had to pay them a R149 fee for delivery and they will start billing me once the Explora is delivered to me. <br> <br> My questions are:<br> <br> 1) Why do I have to pay a R149 delivery fee. <br> 2) Should billing not start when the Explora has been installed and not just delivered? <br> 3) Why do I have to find an installer to install the Explora. <br> <br> Regards,<br> Dudley Davids
