After my complaint a lady phoned me apologetic of the way I had been treated at multichoice. She updated my details and promised to refund the money as soom as possible. To my surprise the refund was in the bank account the following day. Thank you so much for a prompt and efficient service, truly appreciate it. Am really happy with the way this lady represented multichoice.
