Impossible to link Showmax to DSTV account

What a hopeless experience. My Showmax account gets unlinked for some reason every month. I have to contact DSTV to link it again. Every time they tell me to do it on the Showmax site. Each time I do that it wants to send an OTP to a number I had 3 years ago. Then I have to go back to DSTV to change it because the self service page to update contact details doesn’t work. The agent updates my number. I try again. Still the old number. I go back to the agent. “Wait 20 mins” she says. 4 hours later, still the old number. Still can’t watch Showmax.
