Impossible to cancel subscription

I have cancelled my DSTV Business subscription in April 2021 due to afordability issues as a result of the pandemic. DSTV has continued to debit me every month and refuses to refund the amounts ****** from me. Furthermore their call centre is worse than any organisation i ahve ever dealt with and they hide behind call centres an dbad service to avoid accepting cancellations. This should be investigated as it is a contravention of the Consumer Protection ACT
