Impossible to cancel Subscription!

I have been trying to cancel my subscription for 3 days now, I have tried through the DSTV self service portal, through the chat bot on the website and through the Whatsapp service and all come back with errors.

You cannot block people from Cancelling.

I want to note that today is the 28th of May 2025 and i want my subscription cancelled before the new month starts and you debit me for another month!
