Impossible to cancel

Disgusted. Signed up for the Fifa special in June, tried to cancel late July, still seeing debit order for August. *****sters. I was assured via the web chat and have screenshots that the cancellation would be resolved. Trying to find a way to cancel via the app, or online, is impossible.
