Imcompetence and harassment from DSTV lawyers!!

This is the second time getting calls from DSTV lawyers claiming I should pay R102,00 as I have missed a payment. I unsubscribed from DSTV and called today for cancellation and the lady who assisted me told me I do not owe anything. I paid an amount of R103 from my nedbank account online, so does this mean I paid my money for nothing? Does anybody know what they are doing in that department? I was called by some lady claiming she will continue to call until I pay that amount, the number I was called from is ‭***‬. This is tiring
