I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED TO DSTV MULTICHOICE

It been a while since I deposited the money by the mistake in DSTV MULTICHOICE, it was R19,000 while then. Now I go back there to explain that I deposited the money by mistake, they promise to transfer the money back to my account but I must wait for 7-14 days I do so but nothing has happened. I go back and tell them it's been 2 months back now, you guys said you are going to give my money back, they said I must wait another 7-14 days. Now the problem is they busy deducting my money day and night without my permission. I really don't know what to do now. I'm about to give up.
