im too scared too ask you guys for assistance.

i asked for a change of ownership. i had to mail 7 times to get it done then my account was suspended. my walker is registered to someone i dont know. i had to call and waste airtime to do exactly what i emailed and activate a premium subscription on the new owners name and the credit was not transferred. i was told im not going to be debited on your own call recording however on the email it says they cannot stop it. i dont know what is going on. everyone has a different process and nothing gets done. i hope one day they will treat a customer the way they would want to be treated.
