I'm soo ****ed.. Please cancel my subscription hlee

I have a problem with my showmax account as I changed my subscription and I need to logon so that I can be able to watch, I logged to show max it says I need to change payment method but I cannot click on it as it is low lighted. I logged to self service and spoke to an agent (Pumelele B) since 7 o'clock it's 8:15 I'm still not assisted she is sending me to different links and eventually decide to cut off without her assisting me..
