I’m so disappointed

Someone did cancelled my Showmax from Dstv and now I need to pay for a mistake that was done by Dstv and the agent just closes the call without any answers, no help whatsoever. I’m so disappointed in Dstv after so many years of paying for a service and this how they treat me
