I’m sick And tired .

my decoder stopped working we took it in for RE testing they gave us a new one ,the new one doesn’t show all the compact channels,mzasi mAgic and moja love and others I’ve been calling the call center no seems to help me error E16 ,also tried contacting them on social media but still no help,they all keep on telling me to press the power button for 5seconds to reboot but nothing happens ,I use a lot of money to come to Multichoice I can’t go there again ,I’ve also spent too much money for airtime .yet I’m being treated like I don’t pay to watch DSTV .
