Im not happy with the service I'm receiving from multichoice

My name is mr Johannes dhladhla I requested dstv consultant to cancel the extra view on one of my two decoders that I have and she mistakenly cancelled my whole account package and now it's taking the whole day for them to reset everything and I'm sitting without dstv now but I paid I'm not in errors I only requested to cancel the extra view option
