Im not happy at all

I downgraded my decodar to easy view service for R29.Suddenly I owe multichoice R90 when I called them they are saying i activated a second decodar when i asked who authorize it they m said i did an i asked how? they said through self service. When i ask for prove they said they cant provide me that information. I made peace with my new package for R29 why would i activate a second decor for,I seriously cant afford it.My dstv is off its during school
