im giving up now , disguting how i have been treated

So still no feedback till now I have tried calling Leshano yesterday and today and I cant get through I have been holding for 45 mins today and yesterday a whole hour trying to get hold of her , I want this sorted today as it is 4 months now since I have logged my complaint and I'm tired of calling and trying to get DSTV to assist me with my ***** case
