I'm fed up with DSTV!

All of a sudden my dstv explora stopped working, just giving a message on my TV screen saying it's blocked. I went to the multishop (mega sat) in Plettenberg Bay and they said it would be fixed by the time I get home. Was not! Then I phoned the dstv Call centre in Joburg and the lady said it's a technical fault from their side, and promised me it would be fixed in an hour or 2.It was not. The next day I phoned the call centre in PE. They told me the same story and promised it wod be fixed in 15 minutes. It was not. In the meantime I rebooted many times and also tried the dstv website'S selfhelp many times. No results. In the meantime I diligently pay close to R1000 per month. For this??? What should I do next? Get a gun?
