I'm expected to pay for service that is not rendered

Hello peter.com please help me with a permanent solution, everytimime I write a review dstv phones me,and promise they have sort the issue out but every 3 days the switch of my dish saying I must pay for the router of which they said the is no coverage where iam staying they will send someone since April,now my ditch is off they saying I must pay for the router while waiting for someone to pick it up,I paid April for a router that doesn't have coverage now they expecting me to pay may because no one from their side has come to pick it up,I paid for the ditch that I can not watch because of a router that doesn't have coverage
