I'M DISQUSTED BY UR SERVICES to say the least?!!!!PLEASE PAY BACK MY ****EN MONEY

I'm Disqusted with your service. On the 30 of October I made a error and payed them... I immediately called them to let them know of this since I wanted them to refund my money, I spoke to so many consultants which some were very rude... Eventually I spoke to one lady who was able assist she assured me that the money will be paid back into my account with the 7days and I also messioned to her that she must disconnect my services for this month as per my request.

So I've been waiting for a refund, today I get an email from them saying they received my payment and my service have been reactivated...i never ****en asked u guys to reactivate my services I wanted my money back.

I'm very ****ed tired of ur pathetic service u never get anything right.. Ur consultant are rude don't knw how to speak to clients, ur managers are pathetic never do what they say they Will do.

Am vry much Disqusted with your services. Can I please have my MONEY BACK!!!!!!!!
