I'm disconnected even though acc paid
I paid my account, MultiChoice automatically upgrade my package to Compact plus after I claimed the upgrade on us reward I received on Mydstv app. Now my dstv has been switched off as a result of this reward, I called the call centre and spoke to several consultants and a supervisor regarding my problem but my problem is still not resolved.
