Im being billed and my services was disconnected becuase of Netflex

Im being billed and my services was disconnected becuase of Netflex. The more i tell DSTV that im not registered with Netflex the more the keep on telling me to cancel the Netflex. How must i cancel Netflex if im not a registered user and how can DSTV bill me for something that im not registered for and then disconnect my service becuase of it. This is being going for 3months and during the course of the morning. And the only feedback is cancel Netflex. Please explain how must cancel something that im not registered for
