******* taking of customers money

My Name is Nozipho I live in Hlabisa KZN I am just not happy with what DSTV is doing to customers,why do they advertise and say free installation only to find that once you have bought the DSTV you will be given the number for the installer and he will charge you the fee for installation,this is wrong as it is misleading to customers and a cheap way of manipulating customers into buying with the hope of getting free installation. Kindly look into this. Thanks
