******* DEDUCTION MADE BY DStv VIA STOP ORDER
I cancelled my DStv premium subscription sometime in 2019. I received a cancellation acknowledgement via SMS from DStv stating that my subscription had been cancelled. I subsequently un-coupled (unplugged) the decoder from my TV and system. I made the LNB inactive and I have not had any further communication with or from DStv. I cancelled my subscription primarily because the same old **** that is offered via DStv is dished up over and over again. To my dismay DStv has on 27 May 2020 *******ly deducted R453.26 as a subscription fee from my bank account via stop order. My local bank branch advised that they cannot reverse the debit order due to restriction on their system due to COVID-19. Why is DStv allowed to persist with this ******* practice? Why is it now incumbent on me to recover this ******* deduction from DStv? Why is DStv allowed to operate in this predatory manner with impunity? Judging by the complaints against DStv for ******* deductions made by them via stop order why has no one filed a class action lawsuit against DStv? I absolutely hate companies that operate on this basis and I wish to state that in my view DStv is an ********* company and needs to be shut down a.s.a,p. I will never in my life subscribe to DStv and hereby give them a zero rating as an ********* predatory company - DStv sucks!

I am not going to disappear/go away.
I am not going to leave this matter until I have received the money you *******ly deducted from my bank account.
I am going to escalate this matter to the Consumer Council's ombudsman.
