******* DEDUCTION FROM MY ACCOUNT!!!

I cancelled my DSTV account more than a year and ago and all of a sudden they started deducting account again. I left the country in July last year due to work and now have to do with ******* deductions on my account a year later. I sent a mail to help DSTV which I have yet received a response on. I even went called them on the 25th October and spoke to Kgomosto who confirmed that I had in fact cancelled this account and that they would action the cancellation and issue a refund. I then asked for confirmation of this via email so I can see what the progress. Its now been 5 days later and I have yet to receive any communication from them. Its costing me unnecessay bank charges due to unpaid debit orders and that bank account is purely for bond payments to go off. I don't have an SA phone number so I constantly have to be the one to call them
