******* Debit Orders from Multichoice

I cancelled my account in November 2017 and I am still receiving debit orders on my account at random. The Call Centre staff are *********** and promise that the issue is being investigated. The Facebook messenger service also keeps promising to escalate the issue but there is no progress.
