******* debit order

Good day

I would like to lodge an official complaint again Multichoice/DSTV due to an ******* debit order that was run from my bank account, despite my account being close for months due to me emigrating.

I have been liaising with the enquiries department over email and a consultant acknowledged an error occurred and I was due a refund. After following up, another consultant confirmed no refund was due.

This has been ongoing for weeks and I find the \service"and knowledge of the consultants pathetic. I would now like to take this further and lodge an official complaint with your complaints board who can review the entire email chain I have with the various consultants. I have lost all faith in the enquiries@multichoice channel and request that this not be forwarded to them as they seem unable to read a chain of events and apply their minds. Kindly forward me the contact details of your complaints channel or a senior person who would be able to assist.

This is now urgent as I am tired of dealing with DSTV and my next step would be to hand this over to my lawyers to sort out. I await your urgent response.

"""
