******* Debit Order

Clearly Multi choice is company that doesn't care,totally. My subscription with these guys is R749 but suddenly this month they decided to debit me R999.90 - for what? i called it 4 times to their call center and all agents i come across, tells me THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW THIS IS HAPPENING!!! Like F...k you, if you don't know who must know? me? how? i'm your ****** subscriber and you should be able to give me answers as this is your 'pathetic decision' to debit something we have never agreed on. Since Jan this year, my debit been absolutely fine but suddenly, without any communication, you decide to debit me a thousand- i need an explanation, not an I don't know answer. This is my money and i am not that rich to just donate fees i never signed for to you guys - and on top of that you provide NO SERVICE ... how can it be? how can no one get back to me? how can your agents tell me they don't know? what is that? what do you call that? I know you are monopoly and probably got too much money and maybe don't give a damn- but I need an explanation and my money back- this is simple *****! Pathetic- Absolutely disgrace service. Is this what ICASA gives you permission to do?
